I know that I haven't even put anything up on this site but I feel the need to create this journal. I am not an artist I mean I have dabbled in writing, mostly poetry, when the inspiration strikes but I don't know if I have a passion for it. I do love art however. I love to look at it, think and reflect on it, and comment when I work up the nerve. Oh of course! Sorry I didn't leave a comment on it. I usually make sure to leave one before faving something. I saw the comic version on Equestria Daily and I was compelled to find the full version. I am a total sucker for a sappy love story and I don't think I have seen the Pinkieshy (or is it Flutterpie?) ship enough in stories or fanart. The whole idea of two friends who have mutual feeling for one another but are too afraid to say it can be a bit cliche but I thought this was nicely done. I also really like it when I see characters playing nurse or taking care of one of their injured friends or another individual in stories. It shows a level of caring and love that you don't often see in the real world. Overall you did a really great job on this story. A fave was the least I could do to indicate that! 
Thank you very much. I know what you mean. It has been done a bit too much. I loved the idea of Pinkie being a nurse. To make the bouncy energetic pony slow down and take care of Fluttershy.

You deserve all the praise I gave. Yeah undeclared love, especially between friends, may be seen a bit too much but it worked well here. Yes Nurse Pinkie was a really nice touch. It's great to see Pinkie doing a task that requires a somewhat delicate touch. It's a nice change of pace from her overly energetic self. XD
Yes the final scene was the perfect climax to the story and filled me with immense joy. I love a happy ending.
